COMPUKAT Return Policy


  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return the item.
  • Please contact us at [email protected] prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
  • You will receive your RMA # and an email from us; it will include the proper address to send the return. 
  • Unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival, or the return is a direct result of a COMPUKAT error, you are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Note that we cannot take back any return without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials. Be sure to keep all this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it! 


  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your credit card. Usually take 2-3 business days to process back on your card.


  • Unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival, or the return is a direct result of a COMPUKAT error, COMPUKAT will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. 
  • Damaged Items - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 24 HOURS from sign date. COMPUKAT, at its sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to forwarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.

Excluded Items:

Due to their fragility, the following items may not be returned once received for any reason: Televisions 42" and large copiers/printers/scanners. In addition, due to manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be returned to us once they have been removed from their original product packaging: Brand New computers and notebooks, video projectors, computer software.

Non-Defective Items:

ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date.  Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A large restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it.
